We collect contact and property information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and administer projects. Uploaded plans may contain sensitive addresses and commercially confidential information. Access is limited to authorized staff and the relevant client or professional accounts. Retention, transfer, deletion and service-provider terms must be set in the production privacy policy for the jurisdictions served.
This initial website template is not a substitute for a jurisdiction-specific privacy notice. Do not activate public intake until private file storage, encryption, access controls, data-retention policy and external provider agreements have been reviewed.
